Dr Agata Ciukiewicz
Principal Dentist & Clinical Director
Dr Agata Ciukiewicz graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1999 and has dedicated her career to continual learning, advanced clinical practice and patient-centred care.
After moving to Devon in 2006, she founded Parkhill Dental in 2009, establishing a practice rooted in excellence, compassion and modern dental science.
She completed her Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies at the University of Bristol, followed by clinical work at Torbay Hospital’s Restorative Dentistry Department, gaining significant experience in managing complex cases.
Since 2014, Dr Agata has also been a respected educator at Plymouth University’s Peninsula Dental School, where she is recognised as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
She later completed her MSc in Periodontology, with a special interest in gum disease, recession treatment, bone support and microsurgical techniques.
Dr Agata continues to attend international surgical and cosmetic dentistry masterclasses to remain at the forefront of evidence-based care.

Dr Pratik Agarwal
Dentist & Implantologist
Dr Pratik graduated in India in 2012 and completed a three-year postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics in 2014. After successfully completing the ORE examination in 2017, he practiced in London before moving to the South West in 2020.
Dr Pratik has a special interest in dental implants, prosthodontics and Invisalign. He is trained in conscious sedation and is committed to providing safe, predictable and life-changing results for his patients.
He believes in working in the patient’s best interest at all times, and his approachable, reassuring manner helps patients feel relaxed and confident.

Dr Horst-Udo Luister
Associate Dentist
Dr Udo graduated as a dentist in 1996 from the prestigious University of Freiburg, Germany. He worked extensively in general dentistry in Germany before relocating to the UK in 2010.
After settling in Devon, he refined his expertise and developed a strong interest in modern orthodontic systems.
He became an accredited provider of C-Fast in 2013 and QuickStraightTeeth (QST) in 2015, focusing on fixed and combination orthodontic solutions similar to Invisalign.
Since joining Parkhill Dental full time in April 2022, Dr Udo has concentrated on orthodontics, restorative dentistry and aesthetic composite work, helping patients enhance their smiles with precision and care.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys reading, travelling, gardening, long walks with his dogs, and spending time with his family and granddaughter.

Mrs Sandamali Chamali
Dental Therapist
Sandamali joined Parkhill Dental Practice in May 2025, bringing over 12 years of experience in dental treatments to our Torquay team. Originally qualifying as a dentist in Sri Lanka in 2012, she now provides expert care as a full-time Dental Hygiene Therapist, offering both NHS and private appointments. Sandamali is highly skilled in oral health management and restorative dentistry.
She is particularly renowned for her gentle touch, making her a favorite among children and nervous patients.
Sandamali is dedicated to delivering clinical excellence with a warm, empathetic approach. She looks forward to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Mr Adam Nakhleh
Dental Therapist
Adam is a GDC-registered Dental Therapist with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Dental Technology from the University of Greater Manchester. He has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and is committed to providing gentle, high-quality care for both children and adults.
Adam is known for his friendly, approachable nature and calm manner, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. He works closely with the wider dental team and consistently maintains high clinical standards across all aspects of patient care.

Emma has many years of experience working within dentistry, beginning her career as a dedicated dental nurse before progressing into practice management. Her strong clinical background gives her an in-depth understanding of patient care, cross-team coordination and the day-to-day needs of a modern dental practice.
Over the years, Emma has continued to develop her skills in leadership, compliance, patient communication and operational management. She is committed to ensuring that Parkhill Dental runs smoothly, safely and efficiently — while maintaining the friendly, supportive atmosphere the practice is known for.

Dr Ali Khanjani
Associate Dentist
Dr Ali Khanjani began his academic journey studying Veterinary Medicine before discovering his passion for dentistry. Inspired by his sister, who is also a dentist, he became fascinated by the precision and artistry involved in restoring teeth — an experience that sparked his commitment to the profession.
He gained valuable clinical experience through his training and placements at the Medical University of Silesia, as well as earlier work in respected dental clinics in Hamedan, including Iran Dental Clinic. After relocating to the UK, Dr Ali further developed his clinical skills through experience in private dental practice while adapting to UK clinical standards and patient care.
Dr Ali enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in conservative restorative dentistry and orthodontics. He is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and plans to further develop his skills in orthodontics in the future.
In addition to his dental qualifications, Dr Ali also holds Norwegian health authorisation (Tannlege), reflecting his commitment to maintaining high international standards and ongoing professional development.
Outside of dentistry, Ali enjoys an active lifestyle, including hiking, spending time in nature and maintaining his fitness through calisthenics and regular gym training.
