Dr Agata Ciukiewicz
Principal Dentist & Clinical Director
Dr Agata Ciukiewicz graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1999 and has dedicated her career to continual learning, advanced clinical practice and patient-centred care.
After moving to Devon in 2006, she founded Parkhill Dental in 2009, establishing a practice rooted in excellence, compassion and modern dental science.
She completed her Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies at the University of Bristol, followed by clinical work at Torbay Hospital’s Restorative Dentistry Department, gaining significant experience in managing complex cases.
Since 2014, Dr Agata has also been a respected educator at Plymouth University’s Peninsula Dental School, where she is recognised as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
She later completed her MSc in Periodontology, specialising in gum disease, recession treatment, bone support and microsurgical techniques.
Dr Agata continues to attend international surgical and cosmetic dentistry masterclasses to remain at the forefront of evidence-based care.

Dr Pratik Agarwal
Dentist & Implantologist
Dr Pratik graduated in India in 2012 and completed a three-year postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics in 2014. After successfully completing the ORE examination in 2017, he practiced in London before moving to the South West in 2020.
Dr Pratik has a special interest in dental implants, prosthodontics and Invisalign. He is trained in conscious sedation and is committed to providing safe, predictable and life-changing results for his patients.
He believes in working in the patient’s best interest at all times, and his approachable, reassuring manner helps patients feel relaxed and confident.

Dr Horst-Udo Luister
Associate Dentist
Dr Udo graduated as a dentist in 1996 from the prestigious University of Freiburg, Germany. He worked extensively in general dentistry in Germany before relocating to the UK in 2010.
After settling in Devon, he refined his expertise and developed a strong interest in modern orthodontic systems.
He became an accredited provider of C-Fast in 2013 and QuickStraightTeeth (QST) in 2015, focusing on fixed and combination orthodontic solutions similar to Invisalign.
Since joining Parkhill Dental full time in April 2022, Dr Udo has concentrated on orthodontics, restorative dentistry and aesthetic composite work, helping patients enhance their smiles with precision and care.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys reading, travelling, gardening, long walks with his dogs, and spending time with his family and granddaughter.

Over the years, Emma has continued to develop her skills in leadership, compliance, patient communication and operational management. She is committed to ensuring that Parkhill Dental runs smoothly, safely and efficiently — while maintaining the friendly, supportive atmosphere the practice is known for.
